Patagonia believes that "Repair is a Radical Act." It flies in the face of our throw-away culture.

Fashion and technology advancements have displaced longevity as a value. Their Worn Wear program aims to change that view. As the Worn Wear mobile repair team tours the country repairing Patagonia gear for free, they collect fascinating stories behind those beloved garments as they go.

They'll be here at Smith Rock State Park Friday-Sunday, April 22-24 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

You can't miss them--they'll be hanging out just past the Welcome Center yurt.

Look for Uncle Rico, their touring truck, and Delia, their mobile repair center made from recycled wine barrels.

Well done Patagonia.

SmithRock.com got a chance to hear first-hand from the dedicated Worn Wear crew last spring about their mission.

This video captures a bit of that passion to revive the art of repair.
